Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 500 g Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Add mushroom and fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add white wine, lemon juice, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper and cook until mushrooms are dry and all the liquid has been reduced.
  5. Add fresh parsley and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
