Ingredients
- 300 g Paneer
- 1 Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 2 tbsp Fennel Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 15-20 Threads Saffron
- Butter for basting
Instructions
- Cut panner and capsicum into cubes.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients except butter in a bowl.
- Add paneer and capsicum in the bowl and mix well to coat them nicely with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the paneer and capsicum pieces on wooden skewers.
- Grill on a grill pan until nicely browned on all the sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.

You can skip adding ginger garlic for a Jain version.
