Ingredients

  • 2 cups Salad greens Torn into small pieces
  • 200 g Pears Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 100 g Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans Chopped

For the dressing

  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk the ingredients to make dressing in a bowl.
  2. Add the salad ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing on top and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
