Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Sliders have lamb mince as the base of the patty to which is added an interesting mix of spice powders.

Ingredients
For the Patty
- 500 g Ground lamb / Mutton
- 3 tsp Garlic Minced
- Salt To taste
- 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Za’atar spice mix
- 1 tsp Dried mint powder
- 4 tsp Fresh parsley Chopped
For the Burger
- 24 Slider buns
- 10-12 Lettuce leaves
- 24 Tomato slices Thinly sliced
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Add lamb, garlic, salt, black pepper, Za’atar, mint powder and parsley in a bowl and mix gently.
- Do not over mix.
- Make small patties from the mix and make a small indentation in the centre.
- Heat a grill pan and slightly brush it with oil.
- Grill the patties until done from both the sides.
For the assembly
- Cut the slider bun into half and toast it slightly on a hot griddle.
- Slather both the sides with tzatziki sauce.
- Keep lettuce leaves, tomato slice and patty on the bun bottom and top with the top.
- Secure with a pick.
- Serve hot.
