Ingredients
- 1 cup Ripe Mango Peeled and Chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cup Fresh curd
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Vanilla bean If vanilla bean is not available, use a tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Add mango and curd in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
- Add milk and blend well.
- Scrap the seeds from inside the vanilla bean and add them in the smoothie.
- Mix well.
- Add sugar and blend till sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in serving glasses.
- garnish with mint leaves.
- You can add a few ice cubes if you wish.
