I am not a huge fan of drinking milk and but I like to experiment with shakes and smoothies to not miss on my daily dose of milk. Making shakes for breakfast gives me opportunities to experiment with various flavours and make sure I am having a healthy lifestyle as well. If shakes are not your thing, then you could make Aam Panna this mango season!
I have added peach in this shake mainly because peach reduces our stress levels and hair loss, it is good for our skin. Moreover, it also protects us from tumour growth and cancer. Mango as well know is the king of fruits. Mango lowers cholesterol, improves digestion, keeps our eye health in check. Mango is even good for digestion and boosts our immunity.
