Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh curd
  • 1 cup Raw mango Peeled and finely grated
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder

For the tempering

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 8-10 Curry leaves
  • 2-3 Dry red chillies

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt until is creamy and smooth.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the yogurt and mix well.
  3. For tempering, heat oil in a pan.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  5. Pour the tempering over the raita and mix well.
  6. Serve chilled.
