Ingredients

For the Cheese Ball

  • 400 g Cream Cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens Finely Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Pickled Jalapeno Chopped

For the Topping

  • 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Jalapeno Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Taco Chips Crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spring onion greens, chilli flakes, salt to taste, garlic powder and pickled jalapeƱo in a bowl.
  2. Mix this mixture well.
  3. Make a ball of the mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients for coating in a plate.
  5. Roll the cheese ball over the coating ingredients so that they stick to the surface.

Recipe Notes

If the cheese ball is too soft, cover it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few minutes.
You can also add crumbled crispy bacon in the coating.
