Ingredients
- 400 g Prawns Cleaned and deveined
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Add prawns and mix well.
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees C.
- Line the prawns on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven
- Drizzle leon juice on top.
- Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
