Ingredients
- 400 g Prawns
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 5-6 cloves Garlic Sliced
- 1 tsp Red chilli Finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
Instructions
- Clean the prawns and devein them.
- Keep the tail on.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
- Once they are hot, add garlic and fry for a few seconds.
- Add red chilli and prawns and fry for a minute.
- Add lemon juice and parsley and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot with bread.
