How to make Farali Pineapple Curry Step by Step
Blend coconut, green chilli and sugar in a blender until smooth. Add little water if required to grind.


Heat 3 cups water in a pan.

Once the water starts to boil, add pineapple piece to it and boil for 5-6 minutes.

Drain the water and keep the pineapple and water aside.

Heat ghee in a pan.

Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.

Add the coconut paste and 1/2 cup water from boiled pineapple and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the boiled pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the amchoor powder and salt and cook for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.

- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Zeera / Cumin Seeds
- 2 cups Pineapple Peeled and Cubed
- 1 tsp Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
