Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger Grated
- 1-2 Green Chilli Slit into half
- 3-4 Potato Medium sized, Boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup Palak / Spinach Chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
- Add ginger and green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
- Mash the potatoes roughly with your hands and add them in the pan
- Add chopped palak.
- Add salt and 2 cups of water and cook the curry for 10-12 minutes.
- Slightly mash the curry while cooking.
- Serve hot with Kuttu Ki Poori.
