Yes, ladies, relishing piping hot soups may be good during winter or monsoon, but when it comes to summer, it is totally cool to give a chilled twist to your soup. That's why today I present the recipe of Cold Mango Cantaloupe Orange Soup.
Cantaloupe which is also known as kharbooza in Hindi, is a type of melon which mainly originated in the regions of Iran, India, and Africa. Later on, cantaloupe got popular in Europe and was grown as a commercial crop in the United States.
During the weekly veggies trip, I bought a cantaloupe and few oranges as well to blend some nice Cold Cantaloupe Orange Soup. Along with these two main ingredients, I added some mango and cucumber to make this soup more wholesome and cool.
