Ingredients

  • 2 cups Salad Greens
  • 200 g Fennel Bulb Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Onion Thinly sliced
  • 100 g Orange Peeled and cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Roasted and chopped

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salad greens, fennel bulb, onion, orange and roasted walnuts in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for dressing in another bowl.
