Chatpati Shakarkandi...Chatpati Shakarkandi is a super to make and delicious to eat accompaniment that can be eaten any time of the day - be it for breakfast, brunch, or supper! We all are Chaat fans big time at home. Hence casually, I keep making Bhel Puri, Dahi Puri or Corn Chaat every now then! But the thing is that these Chaat more or less have the same the ingredients, so this time, I thought of changing the base of Chaat with sweet potato and hence Chatpati Shakarkandi got made. It is very easy to prepare Chatpati Shakarkandi at home, trust me! No elaborate preparations or fuss is required for making Chatpati Shakarkandi, seriously!
While potatoes are everyone's favourite when it comes to tasting and making Chaat, my belief is that Chatpati Shakarkandi is anyday better than Aloo Chaat and the likes because it really turns out to be a healthy alternative that you and your family can gorge on at any point without any worries!
