- 1 cup Potato Peeled and cut into small pieces
- 3 cups Spring onion greens Chopped
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8-10 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 2-3 Green chilli Slit into half
- Salt to taste

- Heat oil in a pan.
- Once the oils hot, add garlic and fry until slightly browned.
- Add green chilli and fry for a few seconds.
- Add potato and spring onion greens.
- Now add salt and cover the pan.
- Cook on low heat until potatoes are done.
- Serve hot with Dal and Phulke.
